Olympic triathlon development is found in the draft-legal style of racing. The nuances in this type of racing require athletes to be hyper-focused, skilled and fast!
We work with a lot of junior athletes with form, proper speed work and progressive training to help them reach their XC, Track or Road Running goals.
Become a better runner requires the athlete running "better" or with proper form. Proper form will help runners become more efficient and less prone to injury.
Most runners sign up for a race with a goal in mind. We can help you train for the event with a structured, progressive, training schedule that build fitness, strength, speed while having fun.
There are many ways to getter better on the bike, but power-based training is a simple (not easy) way to improve. We use power-based cyling relative to cadence as a great way to make cyclists more powerful and more efficient.
Producing more power is great, but at what cost does it require. If you are in the best position (bike fitting) and understand the best way to ride the bike for your goals (power & cadence) you will improve at very little damage to your engine & chasis.
You have the best bike fit. You are training the proper energy systems. You are doing strength work, riding with power. Congrats! That's how you get better. But you want to WIN bike races! Strategy is HUGE! We can help you do that, too!
The fastest way to becoming a better swimmer is getting better at the "technique" of swimming. Swimming is a very technical sport, and performing it correctly is very useful to improving.
We have swimmers that are working on getting faster at Olympic Triathlon, Ironman Triathon, and 8km to 12km Open Water Swim Events. We help athletes prepare for their specific event.
