E3 Endurance is the only USA Triathlon certified "HIGH PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT TEAM" in North Carolina, and one of the Top 10 Teams in the Nations!
High-Performance Development Team
Our "High School" Triathlon team is actually a Junior (13-19yr) High Performance Development Team (1 of only 27 in the USA, and the ONLY one in North Carolina.) These athletes are high performing at the Youth/Junior Level, participating in Olympic-Style Draft-Legal racing.
Youth/Junior Development Team
Our youth/junior athletes ages range from 7yr to 13yr. We teach these young athletes the basic, simple, skills they will need at the Olympic level, while working on developing speed at all disciplines, wrapping everything in a FUN, COMMUNAL, COMPETITIVE environment.

Lucy Eggleston wins the 16-19yr Age Group Nationals at Atlantic City, NJ in 2024, completing an amazing year of draft-legal racing and defending her South Carolina State-Championship.
Lucy went on to finish 7th at the 2024 World Championships in Junior Draft-Legal Racing!

Saoirse C. comes from 50 seconds down (in a 1km run) to become the NATIONAL CHAMPION at the USAT Youth/Junior Nationals in Milwaukee, WI.

Ben Resler joined the team as a Freshman and went on to be a dominant racer at the Junior Elite level draft-legal racing, finishing 10th in the nation at 18yrs. He went to Catawba College for Running in College, and then became the USA Triathlon NATIONAL CHAMPION 18-24yr old at 19yrs of age!

Alessandro became our 1st NATIONAL CHAMPION for E3 Endurance at the 2022 Youth/Junior National Championship!
