Our Power-Based cycling classes force you to do the required work to improve. After a 1st Week - Testing Class, our system requires athletes to connect their foot speed with their proper power output!
11 years of power training, we have showed that in 8 weeks of power training we are able to get 3% improvement for avid cyclists, and even more with cyclists that have not trained with power. The higest we have seen is 25%!
Not only do our classes increase your power output, they teach you how to manage that power by virtue of cadence, proper pedal stroke, and being as efficient as possible to reach the anticipated gains.
