A "BRICK" is a workout where you combine 2 or more disciplines within one workout.
E3 Endurance hosts E300 Bricks in order to help Long-Course triathletes bring all three sports together in preparation of their big event. Most all bricks are "coach-led" in the pool for approximately 2000-3000yds, then athletes will ride 30-70 miles on the bike, returning to run anywhere from 3 to 8 miles off the bike.
