Age group marathon and Ironman athletes, to youth and junior Cross-Country runners are welcome and encouraged to come out and run with us.
We run every Wednesday Morning 5:30am-6:30am from April to October.
We run from dark until light, and sometimes from dark to still dark. Our birds always get the worm!
Each athlete will be given proper pacing numbers based on their current run fitness relative to their run goals. We record and track each weekly workout to ensure that each runner is on pace and progressing throughout the 26 weeks.
We work on proper paced-based, speed work for distance runners (5km to Marathon) where athletes will be challenged with a different workout each week to improve in all areas/energy systems to optimize their running speed and strength. Within the 26 week program are 3 "test sets" to track progress.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
